Windows 10 Tooltip Stuck On Screen

It does not move.

Windows 10 tooltip stuck on screen. I manually disabled all ad ons and it still happens. A tooltip is stuck on the desktop and will not go away. I have read articles about this issue but they seemed specific to the minimize tooltip which is not my case. My system uses windows 10 however.

On my desktop there is rectangular shadow from a tooltip. In effects uncheck show shadows under menus. It seems to happen when different apps like chrome slack are opened. For a few days i have been having an issue where many tool tips get stuck on my screen.

Cycling through all the tabs usually clears it away until the next tooltip gets stuck a few seconds later. They get stuck across multiple tabs. It closes out and so far hasn t left a close or minimize hovering on the desktop anymore and the teams continues to run in the background until i get a message or open back up myself. Searching the internet seems to show that the only solution is to re start the computer and that microsoft do not know a better way to fix this problem. I just started using bblean with windows 8 1. Since yesterday icn close 2 tooltip got stuck on screen with somehow i searched on google but all of the results were something related to minimal i tried switching off all the tabs rebut but nothing worked i m using window 10 continue reading. If i wait for the tooltip to show and then minimise it disappears with the window.
